  • Classify finding into the following types:
    • System Procedure Issue
    • Business Process Issue
    • Training Issue
  • Prioritize findings on a scale of 1 to 5, where:
    • 1 is the highest
    • 5 is the lowest
  • Sort findings by the key(s) of your choice (such as department then priority)
